| A wholesaler is a dealer who buys Harcourt Trade Publishers titles for resale to retailers and/or institutions. |

Discounts and Terms |

|
We offer discount schedules on both a returnable and non-returnable basis. All discounts are based on list prices, which are subject to change without notice. Damaged or defective books will be replaced at no extra charge.
Payment terms are Net 60 days.
Transportation charges are F.O.B. - shipping point (usually Troy, Missouri). |
